Commissions
All commissions require a minimum 50% up front deposit that is non-refundable before any work begins. The rest of the amount will be due before it is packaged and shipped. You can fill out a form in the commissions section where you will give me a general idea of what you would like done.
Please note commissions begin at $300 with a minimum size of 9x12".
Shipping
All orders ship within 3-7 business days. All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Most domestic packages arrive within 2-4 days of shipment (with the exception of the Christmas holidays).
Drawings on paper: All paper pieces are carefully packaged and sealed inside a lightweight box to ensure a safe arrival.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via UPS. The cost of shipping and handling internationally is additional to the rate shown at checkout and is automatically generated based on the Country it is being shipped to.
Please note that for international orders, all import duties, taxes, and charges upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
I take great care to safely package each order, and my goal is for you to absolutely love your purchase. All original drawing sales are final. There will be no returns except in the event the package is damaged during the course of shipping. Please be 100% sure when you make your purchase and leave the rest up to me! Your satisfaction is my number one priority.
